Please read all of the following before attempting to pull a verification letter

  • Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. The vendor designed and tested this application to work with IE 6.0 and higher. The verification pages are also known to work with IE 7.0.
  • All Pop Up Blockers must be turned off or disabled. It is possible for your PC to have more than one Pop Up Blocker application. (i.e. Internet Explorer, Yahoo Toolbars, Google Toolbars, etc).
  • JavaScript is enabled in Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. First check with your IT staff on your company's protocols before changing any of your settings. Java script must be set to Enabled in order for the verifications letter to work. Your IT staff can either change your settings or walk you through how to change.
  • If you receive a page could not be displayed message, most likely the site was left open for some period of time, then attempted to perform a search without reloading and your browser timed out.
  • When typing in your return address, you should not use the # symbol. (i.e. instead Ste #317 you would want to enter without the #. Ste 317 Decatur, Ga 30030)
  • You need to complete all lines for the address (Requester Name, Title, Organization, Address and City, State Zip). Please note that the City, State, Zip is a separate field from the Address field. If you do not see the City, State Zip field on your screen. Use the tab key to tab to the next field. All fields must be completed in order for the letter to produce.

If nothing at all happens, either your popup blockers are not disabled or your JavaScript's are not enabled. Please make sure you have your popup blocker(s) disabled and that you have JavaScript enabled in your browser. Please note that it is possible to have more than one popup blocker installed (Google, Yahoo, etc., in their toolbars blocking, in addition to any organizational popup blockers). We recommend that you contact your organizations IT department for assistance on changing your browser settings.

If you are still having difficulty getting the verification letter to popup after making sure all Pop Up Blockers are disabled, JavaScript's are enabled, and you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, please contact our office via e-mail at credentialing@emoryhealthcare.org include what issue you are experiencing, your name, organization name, your email address and telephone number in case we have further questions about your issue.
